ISO 9001:2015 is the most updated international standard focused on quality management systems and performance. It was created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an association of governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
Compared to previous ISO 9001 versions, the new standard places greater requirements on companies in terms of organizational leadership, output management, risk analysis, and accountability to customers and other stakeholders. These enhancements can help organizations improve communications, maximize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
