Hofstra University Graduates Insource America Help Desk:
University Leverages Insource America Help Desk to Support Student Body

HOLBROOK, N.Y., March 18, 2005: Future Tech Enterprise, Inc . – Future Tech Enterprise, Inc., and Hofstra University, announced today that Hofstra University, already an Insource America customer, will expand that Help Desk offering to its student body, a population of approximately 13,000 . Insource America is a revolutionary new IT training initiative that equips individuals on government assistance, as well as students enrolled in cooperative and vocational programs, with the skills they need to offer expert IT support and with real-life experience supporting Fortune 1000 companies.

Hofstra University has already been supporting its faculty members, after hours, via the Insource America Help Desk. Now the service will be expanded to support the IT needs of the University's student body. Insource America Help Desk engineers provide standard IT support as well as support for Hofstra's proprietary systems and software, for which they received additional training.

“We have been extremely pleased with how the Insource America Help Desk has been supporting our faculty after hours,” said Robert Juckiewicz, Vice President for Information Technology. “From a price perspective and a quality assurance standpoint, it just made sense to roll this out to the student population as well. We benefit from excellent IT support for our faculty and students, and Hofstra is proud to be one of the very first organizations to support the Insource America effort and help keep these IT jobs here in the United States.”

"We're gratified by Hofstra's decision to allow us to support its student population in addition to their faculty," said Bob Venero, President and CEO of Insource America. "Insource America is committed to providing quality IT support at prices that offer a true alternative to outsourcing overseas. Hofstra University is a premiere higher education institution, offering best of breed technology solutions and services for both its students and faculty and we're proud that Insource America is helping to facilitate that directive for the university.”

Insource America was recently heralded by Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy in his State of the County Address last month, in which he praised the program's efforts to not only put Americans back to work, but to specifically help Suffolk County residents on various forms of government assistance. With corporations receiving quality IT support and Americans receiving jobs that have traditionally gone abroad, Levy acknowledged the program as a success for everyone involved.
