The Drive for Operational Excellence: Future Tech Earns ISO 9001: 2015 Certification

ISO 9001:2015

This week, Future Tech announced that it has earned ISO 9001:2015 certification. Few IT solutions provider have achieved this milestone.

ISO 9001:2015 is the most updated international standard focused on quality management systems and performance. It was created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an association of governmental and non-governmental organizations.

Compared to previous ISO 9001 versions, the new standard places greater requirements on companies in terms of organizational leadership, output management, risk analysis, and accountability to customers and other stakeholders.

Robert Johnson, Future Tech’s chief financial officer (CFO) and chief operating officer (COO), says getting ISO 9001: 2015 certified is equally important for Future Tech and its customers.

“Today, more enterprise companies are requiring business partners to meet increasingly stringent standards of quality, safety, and efficiency,” Johnson said. “So, in a world where logistics and supply chain complexities continue to mount, Future Tech’s investments in quality control are paying off.”

“Earning ISO 9001: 2015 certification demonstrates how Future Tech is committed to operational excellence in everything we do, from our customer service approach, warehouse efficiency, comprehensive storage and imaging capabilities, and the speed of our delivery systems,” said Robert Venero, operations manager, Future Tech.
