Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Google in a Long Running Lawsuit with Oracle

Earlier today, The Supreme Court ruled 6-2 in favor of Google in a long running Java software code lawsuit with Oracle.

Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. CEO Bob Venero was highlighted with other industry leaders on this issue. The case centers around Google’s use of Java programing language. Oracle acquired the Java application programming interface (API) in 2010 and was seeking $9 billion pay-day from its copyright case.
