Bob Venero is the CEO and Founder of Future Tech Enterprise, Inc., an award-winning, global IT solutions provider headquartered in Holbrook, NY.
He started Future Tech in 1996 from the basement of his home. Since then, he has spearheaded the company’s exceptional growth, positioning Future Tech as an IT partner-of-choice for leading companies in the aerospace, defense, education, energy, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
A member of the Forbes Technology Council, Bob is often quoted in major business and IT trade media, providing expert insights on key industry trends, technology developments, corporate culture and successful entrepreneur tips. Bob has appeared in a wide range of media, including Forbes, Forbes TV, Buzzfeed, Fierce CEO, CIO, Information Week, Entrepreneur, Inc., and more.
Today, Bob and the Future Tech team are at the forefront of the most advanced technologies, helping companies understand and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Virtual Reality (VR), and 3D Print solutions.

A noted philanthropist, Bob has made community giving a central component of Future Tech’s culture. Bob and Future Tech support many local and national charities, including Northwell Health, Southside Hospital, The Andrea Bocelli Foundation, American Cancer Society, St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, Bayport-Blue Point High School (Bayport, NY), The Cradle of Aviation, North Shore Animal League, and more.
Robert has been with Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. since August of 2001. He brings over 23 years experience as a Controller, Vice President, General Manager, and CFO for public and private system integration companies. He started his career in the late 1980’s with Digital Network Associates (DNA), a privately held Network and Systems Integrator. During his tenure, DNA grew from $1 million to $20 million in revenues, and was subsequently sold to U.S. Office Products (USOP) in 1997. At USOP, Robert played a major role in the financial and regional consolidation of the technical business units. In 1999, Robert joined Aztec Technology Partners, a public firm specializing in application development and systems integration. He served multiple roles for the firm, including General Manager for the tri-state region, and Vice President of Finance and Operations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pace University, and currently serves as the Treasurer for The Bob Venero Children’s Foundation.
Matthew ‘Mac’ McLauchlin serves as the Chief Operating Officer. As COO, McLauchlin oversees the company’s operational processes, drives efficiency improvements, and implements innovative strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. He and his team are critical to Future Tech’s continued global expansion and diversity of service offerings.
He is an internationally recognized and proven business executive, strategist, and multi-talented leadership and operational management expert with experience in over 20 countries driving growth and profits through strategic corporate development and market expansion, while implementing operational business controls for a wide range of companies in various sectors.
His extensive business background includes serving globally as senior advisor to corporate executives in the manufacturing, infrastructure construction, cyber network, alternative energy, defense, mining, and agriculture sectors, being responsible for the successful implementation of high value operations.
Prior to Future Tech, Mac was the Founder, Managing Director & Director of Global Operations of
SIROAL International LLC. Former roles include: CFO of a multi-billion multi- agency program for the US Government; CEO directing the successful turnaround of a defense manufacturing firm; Vice President of Development for a NYSE listed international biometrics firm. Mac has extensive government background leading international teams for the US Government in critical areas around the globe, Senior Advisor and Program Manager for the United Nations Assistant Secretary General, and serving as Advisor and program expert at NASA.
Mr. McLauchlin holds an MBA in Global Management, an MPhil in Business Administration and Strategic Leadership from the International School of Management (ISM) in Paris, France where is he currently completing his doctoral dissertation for a DBA in Strategic Leadership. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in international Affairs/Political Science from the University of Michigan as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology/Human Development.
Don Rettaliata joined Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. in July of 1997. With over a decade of experience in law, Don came to Future Tech after spending several years as the Long Island Region Counsel to the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYSOPRHP). As Regional Counsel, Don represented all of the State Parks located on Long Island and reviewed, negotiated and drafted numerous contracts, licenses, legislation, permits and agreements including the Jones Beach Theatre expansion and Bethpage State Park hosting of the 2002 U.S. Open. Prior to working for NYSOPRHP Don worked in private practice concentrating on Real Estate Transactions, Zoning Issues, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense and Business and Corporate law. In addition, Don is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Ancient Order of Hibernians in America and sits on the Board of Directors for the Brookhaven/Roe YMCA. Don has received a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College.
Fred Hoffmann leads Future Tech’s IT function and serves as a key member of the company’s executive leadership team.
He is playing a central role in supporting Future Tech’s ongoing domestic and international expansion efforts, as well as the company’s investments in emerging technologies, such as, AI, Data Science, and Collaborative Virtual Reality (VR).
Under Fred’s leadership, Future Tech helps customers better integrate emerging technologies, like AI, data science and collaborative virtual reality, across their business operations.
Before joining Future Tech, Hoffmann built and oversaw successful IT teams for companies in the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and technology sectors.
He served as Virtual CTO for Network One, overseeing the company’s suite of IT managed services. He previously was CTO for Grassi & Co., a financial and professional services firm, and has held numerous leadership positions with companies like KPMG/BearingPoint, Custom Computer Specialists, and Cabletron Systems.
A longtime Dell Technologies veteran, Rick Schindel is the Senior Vice President, Global Sales. He oversees Future Tech programs for leading Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs), as well as all sales, marketing, and engineering efforts for commercial-sector customers. Along with other members of the Future Tech Executive Team, Rick plays a key role in supporting the company’s global expansion and talent recruitment efforts. He is based in Round Rock, TX.
Before joining Future Tech, Rick spent 23 years at Dell Technologies, where he held multiple sales management and leadership roles, supporting Fortune 100 companies in multiple industries. During his time at Dell Technologies, Rick earned numerous accolades, including Sales Director of the Year, and Dell Technologies’ Chairman’s Club, 2018.
Rick is a proud alum of the University of Maryland, where he earned his MBA in International Business and bachelor’s degree in Economics. In his spare time, Rick officiates high school lacrosse and football games.
Chris joined Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. in June of 2003. With over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience, Chris has held positions with IBM Corp., Thomson Corp., and Kraft Foods. His role at Future Tech involves the development of strategic partnerships that focus on the growth and management of our Federal business. While at IBM Corp, Chris was consistently recognized as a top sales contributor, subject matter expert, and mentor to new-hires. Chris’ extensive background in developing IT solutions that deliver measurable business improvement has been accentuated by training in Consulting Methodologies, Solution Selling, and Financial Analysis. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
Larry Zafrin is Vice President of Data Center Solutions responsible for growing Future Tech’s data center practice. Larry spent 30 years at IBM before joining Future Tech, first as Director of Sales and now in this leadership position. With a focus on disaster prevention, disaster recovery and business continuity through new data center builds, Larry is charged with helping clients protect the integrity and availability of their IT assets through Future Tech’s innovative iFortress solution. iFortress is a modular, on demand data center build solution that offers structural protection from smoke, water, heat, fired, floods, acrid gases and more… all while keeping costs on par with traditional brick and mortar data centers and cutting the build time by 50%. iFortress is also a green technology that provides significant data center energy savings. Prior to Future Tech, Larry held various sales, services, business development and management positions at IBM. Throughout his career at IBM, Larry supported clients in the insurance, retail, transportation, aerospace and computer services industries. His combination of leadership skills, positive attitude and ability to motivate his team has helped him consistently deliver successful business results. Larry holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and has earned numerous awards for his leadership and successes, including recognition for exceeding sales goals from 130 to 150% at IBM.
As an owner and Senior Vice President of Future Tech Enterprise, Inc., Tracey plays a key a role in many aspects of Future Tech’s growth story. Today, she oversees and/or participates in multiple internal functions, impacting Future Tech’s efforts in finance, logistics, marketing, community outreach, and corporate culture.
Previously, MC served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Director of Marketing Planning & Transformation. She was responsible for aligning the marketing plans of all functions including brand, experiential, communications, digital, marcom, and the field to deliver business outcomes. She also provided internal consulting responsible for bringing insights and delivering marketing programs to drive business impact. She has held positions in Global Channel and Field Marketing. She led Channel Marketing & Programs for North America at Dell where she was responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of Dell’s Partner Program and marketing in the US and Canada. Her focus was on Partner Enablement, Partner Growth, and the evolution of Dell’s channel program. She has served in a variety of management roles at Dell including Dell’s Community and online knowledge bases, Contact Center, and self-service. She has a passion for listening to customers and translating feedback and insights into solutions. CRN named her in the Power 100 Women of the Channel for ten years and she was named as a “Top 30 in their 30’s” Channel Executive. She is an experienced business leader with over 25 years’ experience in management consulting, software development, contact center strategy and operations, and channel marketing. She was with Accenture and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Trinity University. She resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and two teenage daughters who love art/dance and horseback riding.
Since joining Future Tech in 2021, Graham has leveraged his decades of technology experience to provide strategic counsel and sales support for Future Tech customers operating in the broader APAC region. Graham has a proven track record of successfully guiding local, national, and multinational clients with their technology strategies and execution.
Prior to joining Future Tech, Graham held multiple senior leadership roles at companies like CSC, KPMG, Lenovo, HP, and German Telecom.
