Tier 1 Technical Support, Nassau County
Future Tech is looking to hire a Tier 1 Technician for our client in Nassau County. Must have 1-2 years of IT experience and have a car. This person will drive to various locations in Nassau County.
Responsibilities include
Identify and qualify business opportunities, selling product and service-based IT solutions.
- Troubleshooting and supporting end users
- Installing desktop hardware and software
- Performing desktop imaging and configuration
- Installing and configuring printers
- Technical support
Requirements include
- Tier 1 – with 1-2 years in technology support
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in education field
- Background check and fingerprinting required
